This is for a vintage clip that was slid or would slide on a Wooden Pencils to hold it to your pocket,.
I think these were for employees and or given away as a form of advertising, but not sure of origin.
These are original items.. (item looks great in person, glare is from the camera)
Best guess, is this looks like it is From the 1950s or 1960's ,. but not sure of exact date looks very clean.
This is new and unused, looks as new from decades ago..
